Privacy

This website

• No cookies.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• No forms. The only thing you can type on this site is a message to the chat assistant (below).
• Like any web server, it keeps short-lived technical logs (time, page requested, browser type and IP address) to keep the site running and secure. They are not used for marketing or shared with anyone.

Chat assistant

• The "Talk to MMTech" button opens an AI assistant. What you type is sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the replies, and is handled under Anthropic's commercial terms.
• Each conversation is deleted automatically 30 days after it starts (at the next daily cleanup), and the database's own short-term backups age out within the following 30 days. It is used only to answer you and to improve this website. It is never sold.
• To limit abuse, a hashed form of your IP address that changes every day is kept for 2 days. The address itself is not stored.
• If you ask MMTech to get back to you, the assistant passes on the name, email, company and short summary you confirm. They are stored with the conversation and deleted with it. A copy is posted to a private MMTech Discord channel so the request is seen quickly; that copy is not deleted automatically.
• Please do not type passwords or other sensitive details into the chat.

Email and booking

If you email info@themmtech.com or book a call, that information is handled by Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) under Google's own privacy terms. It is used only to reply to you and to schedule and deliver the work you asked about. It is never sold.
